These single foot Wire Fly Guides provide strong PVD coated stainless steel frames and a perfectly round opening that allows line to flow smoothly whether casting or reeling.
Ideal for any build from a 2 wt. light freshwater fly rod to a 12 wt. heavy saltwater fly rod, the single foot guides also include a pre-ground foot for ease of wrapping with thinner threads that are popular in fly rod building. Customize the frames with your choice of finish, black or polished!

These are a great running guide without any real issues out of the box. They might need a little filing to your liking to help with the ramp for your thread to easily transition to. Just remember not to use a permanent marker to reapply a black finish or it will react with the epoxy.
They do run a little big, as in my size 3s are about the same ID as a size 4 REC Single Foot. Size 3 ID is 6mm.
